Celebrate autumn with Theatricum Botanicum’s
‘Americana Harvest Festival’ on Oct. 8

Folk and country fun, artisan marketplace,
‘The Woody Guthrie Story’ and more

WHAT:
Celebrate autumn and Theatricum’s 50th anniversary season with an Americana Harvest Festival at the beautiful, outdoor Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum in Topanga. Folk and country fun includes special events and treats all day long; an artisan marketplace with fall gifts and crafts; festive food and drink available for purchase; and special appearances by “Abraham Lincoln” and “Mary Todd.” Following the festival, stick around for a live performance of The Geer Family & Friends present The Woody Guthrie Story, a musical tribute to the life of the songwriter, folklorist, labor leader and longtime Theatricum family friend (separate admission). All proceeds go to support Theatricum Botanicum’s extensive artistic and educational programming.

• 5:30 p.m.: The Geer Family & Friends present The Woody Guthrie Story
